On Wednesday 26th June 2024 5th & 6th Class performed their play for all their parents.

Well done to everyone one involved, it was a great success. Here are some of the comments from the students in the school:

2nd & 3rd Class – good, funny, great, brilliant, excellent, fun, exhausting, hard, tiring….

4th & 5th Class – alright, decent, OMG amazing, exciting, unique, good, different, funny, great, brilliant…

6th Class – fun, amazing, slay, funny, great, enjoyable, extreme, brilliant….

Heritage in Schools specialist Ross Cochrane visited our school on 24th June 2024

Ross specialises in exploring nature, plant identification, creatures and species native to Ireland. He is passionate about instilling a curiosity and appreciation of nature through the biodiversity that connects and surrounds us.

M&M Theatrical Company visited our school on 1st May 2024 and performed Wizard of OZ.

All the pupils really enjoyed their performance, they joined in when needed and took part in workshops at the end of their performance.

Dress Up for World Book Day 22 March 2024

For our World Book Day this year we wrote stories and on the last day of term we dressed up as characters from our favouite books.

 

Active First Responders 20th March 2024

The whole school were trained in “Life Saving Skills” by volunteers from our local Active First Responders.
