Music and Drama

Music and Drama are an integral part of our school. Over the years, we have produced many whole school dramas and musicals in the hall.

We have  hosted Nativity Plays by Infants, 1st & 2nd Class performed “Born in a Barn” telling the Nativity story from the donkey’s perspective to all the animals in the barn. 3rd to 6th Class performed “Silent Night” a wonderful children’s nativity combining humour, drama and festive traditions. The whole school performed Baboushka, a superb, popular alternative Christmas nativity musical, based on the traditional Russian folk tale.

In the school year 2025/26 we purchased a new stage funded by our Parents’ Association’s fundraising activities over the last few years and the whole school showcased their talent for tin whistle, singing and acting.

The school choir sings at mass monthly and at the sacraments of Confirmation and Holy Communion.
